Our Approach
Music Potpourri is a music studio located in Billings, Montana, that offers comprehensive and individualized instruction in piano, voice, and brass for students ages 4 through adult.
As a student at Music Potpourri, you will learn more than “how to perform” on the instrument or with the voice. With patient yet thorough instruction — taught to the student, not the music — you will discover music through ear training, music theory, and performance education at weekly private lessons, regular group lessons, and rehearsed recitals.

Music Instruction, Classes & Camps
Piano Instruction
Whether you’re 4 or 64, wanting to play the piano and putting in the effort to learn it — and learn to love it — can be two different things. Music Potpourri helps students of all ages bridge that gap through individualized instruction that cultivates confidence and inspires lifelong learning.
DO RE MI and MOM Class
This 6-week class for toddlers or preschoolers and their caregiver will make music exploration fun! Through singing, listening — and lots of movement — you and your child will be exposed to basic musical concepts and instruments, laying the foundation for music excellence.
Summer Music Camp
Don’t let your child’s musical interests slump over the summer months. Enroll him or her in Music Potpourri’s Summer Music Camp for four days of musical fun including song, dance, crafts, poems, stories, and development of basic musical concepts. Two age levels (preschool and K-2) available.
Christmas Music Camp
Deepen your child’s appreciation for the true meaning of Christmas with this unique camp for kids ages preschool - grade 5. Participants will use music, rhythm, and movement to explore the true Christmas story, culminating in the production of a Christmas program created by camp participants.
